Steemichat: What is it? Why should you be using it?
Steemitchat is a place to connect with other Steemians that are members of topic-based chat rooms. It is also a vehicle to promote your content and help drive traffic to your posts.
Join chat rooms that are geared for your interests. Think of Steemitchat as an additional filter for content you like as well as a chance to introduce others readers to your photos and the articles you write. While there are other chatting services available for Steemit users, the on-boarding process is really easy. Making sense of the categorization is essentially the same as the Steemit platform itself.
A few tips I have for anyone posting content links are:
- Attach a picture to your post
- Make sure the link is second
The reason I like this order is because people are drawn to the photo and can follow through on the call to action which they will see directly after an engaging image.
