Today I come to participate in May 30 Days Writing Challenge the friend @dragosroua ask -What Is, In Your Opinion, A Worthy Post On Steemit? A Post That "Deserves" Its Payout...
Unquestionably the appreciation and qualification of a post is subjective, no matter how good a religious post is if you are an atheist you are most likely not interested, there may be a very structured post supporting the left but if you are on the right, no you will vote, they are things that I fully understand and up to here it would seem normal and healthy.
The friend @dragosroua tells us rightly "is not what you think about it, is what they think about it" but in addition to this I think there is an additional factor and is more influential in steemit, in my country we say cronyism, and that is is undoubted that many quality posts go completely unnoticed by dolphins and whales, since most have a circle of votes among friends, rarely go to watch post of fish and these are forgotten with payments of $ 0.05 or less.

Indiscutiblemente la apreciación y calificación de un post es subjetiva, no importa que tan bueno este un post religioso si eres ateo lo más seguro es que no te interese, pueden haber un post bastante estructurado apoyando a la izquierda pero si eres de la derecha seguro no lo votaras, son cosas que entiendo completamente y hasta aquí me parecería algo normal y sano.
El amigo @dragosroua nos comenta acertadamente “no es lo que piensas al respecto, es lo que piensan al respecto” pero adicional a esto creo que hay un factor adicional y es más influyente en steemit, en mi país le decimos amiguismo, y es que es indudable que muchos post de calidad pasan totalmente desapercibidos por los delfines y ballenas, ya que la mayoría tiene un circulo de votos entre los amigos, rara vez pasan a mirar post de pececitos y estos quedan olvidados con pagos de $0.05 o hasta menos.
A mi forma de ver, un post valioso debería comenzar por no ser plagio, debe llevar una estética adecuada y utilizar los tag adecuados, como comente anteriormente la evaluación del contenido será totalmente subjetivo.

Totalmente de acuerdo. Muchos post de excelente calidad pasan desapercibidos con muy pocos votos orgánicos. Me parece también que es muy subjetivo el aspecto de la estética:a mi me gustan los post minimalistas; hay algunos que contienen unos GIFTs deslumbrantes y gigantes, que a mi modo de ver le quitan estética a el post; pero lo dicho, depende del gusto del posteador.
Exacto todo depende de gusto por eso es tan subjetivo, lo que si está claro es que poco se premia la calidad lo que más se premia es el amiguismo

Visibility on any social media site is the hardest thing to overcome, and Steemit is not immune to it, especially for the reason you cite regarding circle voting. If people aren't getting out of their own circle of followers/friends, then they won't ever see what the newer people are doing. There are, however, plenty of people who are actually interested in the newer accounts, if not reaching out to give them some form of a helping hand.
I've decided though that it doesn't really matter what the higher SP does. If I can get some decent upvotes from lower SP, just more and more of them, the better. I'd rather have people who actually like what I do on a regular basis than have some random mega vote once in a while. Sure, they're nice, but without consistency, or knowing why they did it once but not again, what real good does it do?
So, I've been trying to get out to as many posts as I can find and comment on them. That way, people know I'm around and interested in what they're posting. Some of them reply, others don't. I keep commenting because it's the only way I know of to reach people.
I think you are absolutely right the most effective strategy to be noticed in steemit is to comment on publications, since it is the way in which both the authors and their readers see our point of view and some will be identified with us, and in that way we will get new friends
With respect to the accounts with little SP, well I am from Venezuela and in our country practically nobody has money to invest in SP, we are in a serious economic crisis, then our votes are worth 0.01 to 0.05 the great majority, for so many publications that we do My countrymen and I, we can not cope by voting our post as there are many posts to vote and little SP to vote, but we must not falter, we have to move forward and make new friends that is the true function of a social network
