TIP 1 : DO YOUR OWN ANALYSIS 

  • Do not follow your friends, relatives, brokerage firm, when your investing stock market.
  • Keep in mind that you are the only one who cares for your money.
  • Do your own analysis and take opinion of expert investor, but just follow your own analysis may be you fail at first but you will earn big experience.
  • Start with small, lots of time small thing gives big result.


TIP 2 : AVOID PENNY STOCKS

  • Lots of beginners in his starting age get attracted to penny stocks due to it's low price and start buying penny stocks without doing  company analysis.
  • Some beginners think that  company with penny stock is a new company in market that's why it's stock value is low, but that not true the price of the stock is low because those comapay's performance is bad from log time so that why the their price is low.
  • It is hard to do  analysis of penny stock company due to less information of company's.
  • Stay away from penny stock till you get good experience.


TIP 3 : PATIENCE

  • If look after every successful investor they have one same quality and that is patience.
  • Warren buffet says wait and invest in good stocks and keep patience,  investing  in any kind of bad stock and waiting patiently  is like making fool of yourself.


TIP 4 : DON'T START WITH LARGE AMOUNT  OF CAPITAL

  •  Lots of beginners start with large amount of capital, because of newly entered  in stock market they don't have any experience, knowledge, and not experimented practical thing.
  • At starting they don't have expertise so chances of losses is more.


TIP 5 : STAY AWAY FROM STOCK TIPS

  • Some beginners start investing with someones stock tip if you love your money don't do this.
  • In first tip we see don't blindly follow anyone.


 Investing should be more like watching paint dry or watching grass grow
