Who is Jack Ma ?

Jack Ma is the founder of E-commerce gaint Alibaba.com and is stackeholder at Alipay, it's a sister company which is an epayment portal.

Jack Ma born in 10 sep. 1964 in a very poor family in china. From the childhood  he want to speak english, in china everyone use to speak only chines. At the age of 13 he became free tourist guide so he can learn english from tourist. He did this for 9 year, his actual name is " Ma 'y' n" one of the tourist friend of Jack use to write a letter to him but Jack name was very difficult for him to remember so he started him calling Jack Ma.

THE FAILURE 

You wouldn't believe the number of time Jack  has been rejected and failed.

In his early childhood Jack failed in primary school exam in 4th standard for 2 times and in 8th standard for 3 times. When he applying for graduation in university entrance exam he failed 3 times.

He failed not only in education he fail to get job too, he went for 30 jobs but he was rejected everywhere.

When KFC comes to china there where 24 people went for interview and 23 selected only one is rejected and that one is Jack.

After this kind of all failure he become the China's richest man his net worth is more than 20 billlion.

THE IDEA

When Jack went to America to his friend there he find internet and get curious about it. He searched china on internet but he didn't find anything about china. He immediately realize the opportunity in internet.He come up with idea of introducing a china's bussinesssess  to the internet. The idea was good but in china Jack one more time fail to find a investor. 

But Jack didn't give up he stick to the idea and again comes with new company Alibaba where Soft Bank invest in Alibaba.

From Jack Ma we should learn not to give up.

Our dream is bigger than failure, failure is just a fees that we are paying to get our dream.
