Hi again everyone! I am keeping my word to keep the series going!
I would like you to comment with your visual aids or written ideas of what you think Steemit can use to improve the Community for features and why.
Comments sections here are GOLD as we know, some great TIL learning and tips usually pop up too here.
Part of the reason I do this series and share other things / series I do, is for the TON of new people coming to Crypto and Steemit daily, I mention this daily in a post or comment somewhere.
They need help and resources. They feel lost when they are Steemit / Crypto noobs. I know I did.
It's now several weeks or so after the latest big changes, the latest Hard Fork (HF) / the Steem Powering downs latest rounds, many of those cashouts done and seeing some stabilizations, some bugs fixed etc.
The rewards pool is seeing a lot of changes again.......views and engagement still seem to be down and that is why I try to do so many posts / series to BOOST engagement.
It's OK to gather new ideas but if the same issues pop up, that is great too, because it will send the message that something is more important to the developers and Steemit Elders. My goal is again - use this blog post as a resource to help the dev's and the community members. I can combine them into one post later on if needed to help developers or members.
It is easily searchable also -- as I use the same key phrases / words etc. in the title to keep it searchable - more easily.
I was trying to pick good tags...... I decided to use the TIL or HOWTO tags -- hoping someone either looking FOR help on learning something -- or someone looking TO help on these things would comment! I thought about that one for a couple mins.
If you want to tag people or share it so others can comment and contribute also, that is great. I have my own ideas and see a lot of people talking about it, but as someone who is NOT - I REPEAT NOT! tech savvy like many of you, and who is relatively newer to the Blockchain and Crypto stuff, I know my role is limited to give ideas, I am just a Fat Minnow LOL.
But I have been an activist for years, I am used to building community and gathering info and trying to help so I guess you can blame the activist side of me for this idea which I think is a good one -- an INTENTIONAL POST on the idea, to gather stuff in one place and be easily searchable and findable for all the IT types and developers etc.
Just my way of trying to contribute. I did not even know for sure what tags to use in this post, and I actually spent 5 mins looking and researching the best ones in the past to try and use, before I posted this LOL. I will edit the tags ASAP if you give me better ones to use!!
Noobs can find the TIL or HowTo tags and nuggets here helpful, as I mentioned earlier here.
If we can get some good feedback going, we can use these ideas, all in one place and people can refer back to them. That's why E.1 / E.2 /E.3...4/5/6/7/8/9, etc etc - was in the title, I am hopeful it is helpful as a resource.
We must always head towards the path of Liberty. And help others on this path.

Steemit needs a system to connect to other social medias only because i think if people on other social medias can see our posts and blogs and are curious what this new platform is than they can give it a try. Just a thought, mostly want this platform to blow up and so more people can enjoy this decentralized platform!
Nice thing about Steemit is people can make things like they. They are not depended on Steemit themselves creating a system. There are lots of communities out there that help minnows.
I've noticed lots of girls posting photos of themselves with very little to wear lately on steemit.
How about an STEEMIT girl of the month contest (Mrs. or Ms. /month/ @steemit)
I think Steemit will give the girls a chance to be all they can be and obviously the one with the most votes will win.
No nudity, a little bit about themselves. What projects are they working on, what can they do to make STEEMIT a better place, etc. Make it fun and decent and we will have lots of participants. STEEMIANS will love it!
That was tried about 8 mths ago for a couple weeks, it got pretty political of course and nasty and ultimately failed big time.

My biggest request right now is night mode.
I love the system and all but I feel like the minnow support thing they have going on with the powerful voting the lower swimmers , there should be a group where minnows join and with a lottery ticket or raffle , they get the votes because there's a lot of people that aren't seen , or depending on their content they do a lottery raffle . I think a "see first" feature would be cool, it will allow people to follow more people without diluting their feed too much, or making it more of a chalenge to find particular posts by certain people.
The post that I mention in there by @ackza also has some very interesting ideas too.

Hello, till this point i can't complain about Steemit.
The concept is great and its working, but like with everything, nothing will stay the same because everything is in non stop movement.
That also counts for Steemit, and there for it will always change into the needs for group.
So if you ask me, here are some points what i think should come.
Steemit groups: to organize groups for the same genres in Steemit.
Internal messenger: with different channels.
Option to change the lay out of the personal page.
Referral system.
Option to choose with who you want to share the payout of your own post, then others can support charities or personal stories with there post. On this way movements can stand up and support the same cause, with there rewards.It would bring crowd funding onto a complete other level.
So its just a thought, just a thought.

Steemit needs a spam and flood protection system that lives on the layer of posts. Because oh boy the things I have started to see. They are coming and its going be a long winter.

I am glad I told them a week ago, my series is being officially used, that is RIGHT in the comments/title that I wanted it to be used for.
Dang it, so I have missed my opportunity to request a S’more Coin be created added as another currency on Steemit!
Night mode is a good one I do not recall seeing yet.
The 20 seconds is a huge pain esp. for those of us who (for the most part) have always tried to reply to most comments....... the reason it is there of course as you likely know is to deal with spammy replies but I know it has caused me grief, and others, I had a long talk with @klye on his page months ago about it.
I simply cannot get to all my replies anymore but it would make it easier.
We have a lot of spam here now, worse than ever, so I am still divided on this.
Yes..I understand man, but it is annoying to wait when you want to reply to your posts.
Might be abused but a possible solution. Reduce commenting to 10 secs but increase it back to normal if the person has been flagged in past 24 hours. This also brings up the fact we need a way of selecting or checking a category of why we flag in the first place. If they include that the people who endlessly get flagged for spam get double the normal time for 3 days. No penalty brought to a person once they get to rep 60. At rep 50 they just get the normal timer instead of 10 sec one if flagged.
