Hi, Today I give very interesting breakfast that is KANCHI IDLY.

It is different than normal idly.

Kanchipuram is well known for more than silk sarees! Actually, this extraordinary exquisite idli got its name from that residential area in Tamil Nadu.

It is offered at the Sri Varadharaja Swamy Temple, and nourishment darlings are for the most part arranged to try and withstand the hardships of a long line to purchase the prasad of delectable Kanchipuram Idli from that point. In fact, with a detailed hardening of grouped flavors, these idlis are a mouth-watering treat.

It is all time my childhood favorite dish. Because it is traditional dish and very tasty.

INGREDIENTS :-

-Normal Rice : 1 cup

  • IDLY rice : 1 cup

-Urabd dal : 1 cup

  • fenugreek seeds : 1 table spoon

-Water : as required

For seasoning :-

  • Oil : 4 table spoon

  • Mustard seeds : 1 table spoon

-Urabd dal :1 table spoon

-Chennai dal : 1 table spoon

-Ginger : 1 inch finally chopped

-Cummings seeds and pepper powder :1 table spoon

-Curry leaves :5

-Cashew nuts : 10

-Salt : as required

-asafoetida : a pinch

PREPARATION :-

STEP 1 :-

Wash and splash the crude rice, parboiled rice, urad dal and fenugreek seeds in water over night. Deplete the water and granulate the blend to a slightly coarse paste . then we stop granding and add little bit over on grinding don't put lot of water hear.

STEP 2 :-

Then leave this better 10 hours for ferment. Hear add required salt also.

STEP 3:-

Now make seasoning for the better using all ingredients I listed. Then mix them well.

This is the exact consistency we need for making this special idly.

STEP 4 :-

Now we put this battery in idly moulde, hear we put small amount of batter after seeming we get big size.

STEP 5 :-

NOW stem them for 8-10 minutes, it take extra time than normal idlis.

STEP 6:-

After seeming you get idlis like this.

Now transfer to the serving plate and enjoy

Onion chutney and idly powder is best combination for this KANCHI IDLY.

My choice is idly powder for this idly, I enjoy this combination.

It is very healthy and tasty also.
