De Czaar Kappers is a mobile hair stylist 

When I was chatting with @kevinwong in the Volkshotel Lobby a woman was setting up a barber shop in the Hotel.. We approached her to find out what she was doing and it turned out that she was there every Friday from 15pm till 22pm. I totally loved the idea.. 

How great is the idea to get a haircut on Friday before going out for a party???

In the end @kevinwong didn't need a haircut, but I promised the hairdresser that we will write a post about meeting her. I know I promised not to write anymore Steemfest post, but this should qualify as unique content ;)
