Are you missing Bounty Payouts?
Remember after HF20 we introduced minimum bounties (0.5) and minimum payout (0.1). This means that if there are small payouts below 0.1 they may be aggregated to bigger ones and even skipped in some cases.
So make sure when you upvote your bounty winners and your bounty is small to keep the minimum payouts in mind.
