Co-op vendor SBI bounty

in #soap6 years ago

Hey y'all! Nate again.

I had an idear (pronounce the "r" nice and long. That's Texan for "idea") earlier this week. See, a lot of things at the store can be pretty not good for you, and I am the type of fella to take a shower a lot. Something about my skin being gray from smoke and grease at work every day...

So my idea is this:

I'm funding a 10 SBI bounty for whoever onboards a US-based soap maker!

Our fearless leader and organizer @sagescrub informs me that there's rules, and not just anyone can be a vendor at Homesteaders Co-op. So, HERE is the site where you can review the requirements and apply to be a vendor. That part is very important.

Rules:

  1. Must come back here with links to referrals when the person applies.
  2. The applicant must be approved (implying that they must meet Co-op standards).
  3. The vendor must be US based. (Nate wants to buy handmade, sustainable, artisan soaps with ethical money.)
  4. Resteem this post.

Timeline is two weeks from the posting date of DECEMBER 21
I am funding ten shares. I have transferred the funds to @homesteaderscoop, as I intend for the bounty to benefit the Co-op and the person that refers a soapmaker. Others are free to add to the bounty as well I suppose.

Also, while you're at it, I want to know what other customers and potential customers would like to see on Homesteaders Co-op. What goods and services would you like to see for sale on the website in order to earn your business? We realize we're participating in a market here. As such, we need to be meeting your needs. That's how businesses stay alive, so we want to hear from you!

Good luck to all who enter, I really hope this can help the Co-op feature more sustainable products and support more vendors while simultaneously supporting our faithful customers. What an exciting project this is. I look forward to hearing from you.

Be blessed.
Be fruitful.
Stay relevant.

Nate

Thanks again @pennsif!!! Your support here is dearly appreciated!

What products do you think would be good to see here? I'm really hoping to do more of this type of bounty if it proves a useful tool...

It will be good to build the worldwide network - particularly to overcome shipping restrictions.

There is so much potential for the Homesteaders Coop. 2019 will be an exciting year...

Too bad I never got my soap made.....

Hahaha there's still time maybe? Oh I would LOVE if you became a vendor at Homesteaders Co-op!

Soap takes months to make, as it has to cure...

Wow, I never knew! Maybe I should have extended the deadline...
