2- If you don't want to use one of our banners, you pay 0.15 and you get the same upvotes. In this case we can just double your upvote. But you will have to resteem a post from the group anyway.
3- The resteem option is very important for us, but if you don't want to resteem a post from the group and you just want to post in our group, you pay 0.3 and your post in the group will be approved, but that doesn't guarantee that you will earn more than you gave, you do it only for visibility in the group. You still can choose the option -1- or -2-, it's really better. ( you don't need to use our banner in this case )
4- You can pay 0.5 and you get my resteem and resteems of our team to more than 5000 followers. But in this case you have to use on of our banners and you don't have to resteem anyone. You will also be approved in our group of more than 19,400 members.
5- If you don't want to use our banner, but you want to get our resteems to more than 5,000 followers and be approved in our group of 19,400 members, and also in another group we have with about 4,900 members STEEMIT TOP 🏆 and get our upvotes also, in this case you need to pay 0.75.

I'm unclear on some aspects of this. Let's say I don't want to use the banner or resteem all that often. (I keep my total resteems to no more than a couple per week.) What would I pay (and in which currency, STEEM or SBD), how often would I pay it, and what if I want upvotes more than resteems (or both)?
I came here from another post of yours about upvotes, and now I'm a little confused. I have SP of about 700 right now and don't want to delegate it, but am happy to upvote others. I'm just not clear on how I am to participate here.

If you want to buy, any currency will be good, steem or sbd. When you don't use the banner, you pay 0.15, if you resteem a post from the group. If you don't want to resteem, you pay 0.3. So you can choose different options for different posts. You pay only for the post that you like to pay for, or in another way, you pay only if you want to use our service for a certain post.

You don't need to have that reputation to join our team, all you need to have is 100 steem power. You have now 21 and if you convert those 12 steem dollar into steem and power up, you will have 33. so you need more 67 steem power and you can join us.
But I see that you are not upvoting people, with the upvote you can also earn some steem power from your curation, if you upvote let say, about 5 people a day, it will be good for you and your earning will be better, but try to always keep your voting power at about 100%, that means, when you upvote someone wait some time before upvoting other, you can check your voting power here : https://steemworld.org/@melanie0625
