infinite bandwidth
infinite bandwidth
when first i started steeming
was posting one a day at most
then suddenly without warning
no more bandwidth from my host
.
i never knew of such a thing
until it stopped me screeching
so will you hear my urgent plea
and assurance i'm not leeching
.
will you please my posts upvote
please help me get steem power
bandwidth being the right cure
that helps me grow this flower
.
if you do this, make me smile
you'll be saving me from misery
getting me out this here trap
of this life on the periphery
.
deep gratitude from me to you
for playing this good part
now there's not much left to do
except to let you in my heart

Learning the intricacies of the Steemit platform has put me on a steep learning curve, so many new words and vehicles here... One thing that I have learned is to make sure your posts don't have to be edited, this seems to be the prime reason of my lack of bandwidth. Ah well, live and learn, it wasn't too bad since it gave the inspiration to write this here tidbit. I will be more careful in the future :D

It takes skill to take something so relatable and write it effortlessly as a poem! The rhyming was written well. I have to say I really liked how you elevated the emotions to a darker tone - almost despair. I've been there, and I understand how frustrating the bandwidth is. Yet, you elevate the emotion to something that I feel beyond frustration, something quite real. Good job :)
