Photo Series #59: Mirante Maestri Trail (El Chaltén, Argentina) | Would you go for the pot of Gold?
Hello dear readers! Entry to #landscapephotography by @photocontests. When the pot of gold is a bit inaccessible.
Going up the Mirador Maestri, fighting against ferocious patagonian wind gusts, there raises the rainbow in one of the rare moments the sun decides to appear. I think about the pot of gold, but I look around just to realise the bastard is quite inaccessible. It was not that day I was becoming rich.
This photo was taken while visiting El Chaltén in Argentina, the so called Capital of Trekking, by the many trails on top of the Andes.
Would you dare to go for the pot of gold?

I went to Chalten and Perito Moreno, the Lago Argentino is the most amazing lake I have ever seen

Isn't it incredible to just sit there and watch those gigantic chunks of ice fall, the noise is insane.
Sure it is! My girlfriend was filming one massive fall but she lost focus because of the emotion... The video only has the screems of us haha

it's really funny because I'm almost 30 and I don't live with her anymore for years.
But mothers are mothers, you guys get preocupated even if we go out without a coat hahah
Not me, but I'm a pretty unusual mother I think. You have no idea how irresponsible I can be. Jarrah is 21 today and he is more adult than me most of the time. Mind you, I do worry internally as I couldn't bear life without my boy! He always says 'you're nuts Mum' but he loves me for it. I just say 'well you should be more nuts, what's wrong with you and where did you come from?' ... he he he.... Mother love is a funny thing.
AHAHAH lovely, he is the one being preocupated then!
Ya travelling with my mom is fun and all but she's not really into doing crazy stuff and sleeping in the cheapest hostel in town ajaaahahahaaha.
My dad however, likes to go nuts, we almost got arrested once entering those abandoned mines, remember?
