Photo Series #56: Mountain & Landscape Photography | What brings you to the mountains?
Hello dear readers! Entry to #mountainsmonday and #landscapephotography. What brings you to the mountains?
I could go to my photo folders and find the most astonishing and important peak in the Andes for posting, to be honest, I just can't get enough of seeing Fitz Roy from all the angles as possible.
However, this time I wanted to bring something different... I'm curious to know why people are fascinated by mountains: What brings you to the mountains?
In most of my trips I'm alone, thus I like to find funny or crazy things to do, so I think my picture summarizes how I feel. What brings me to mountains is the sensation of having some super power, an strange sensation that nothing can reach me, I feel energized to the most.
And you?
Villa Traful, Argentina
This is one of my reasons to travel, to be free.
~ Love ya all, Arthur.

I'd love to drop my kayak in that lake! Looks beautiful. Thanks for the eye candy.
You're welcome to come and rowing with us here in Patagonia whenever you whant!! We do winter kayak and rowing too!! Not to speak about snow trekking! Best regards from San Martín de los Andes!
Amazing man! I'll keep you in my contacts for when I go back to Patagonia.
Last time I visited Patagonia I hitchhiked more than 10.000 kilometers and passed near San Martín de los Andes, in Villa Traful, where I've slept with only my sleeping bag/mat at some hidden place near the Lake haahahaa.
Bivouacking is great, specially on summer nights!
Hey @paddlingnature, thanks for the comment!
It would be awesome to kayak there, it's better during the first hours of the morning though, when there's no wind and the lake is clear as a mirror.
