Barn Renovation Updates - May 5th,2018
Some spots underneath the siding is still not painted. The siding needs to be nailed to the wall boards. The wall boards need to be nailed to the original barn framing. The siding could be sanded and repainted in some spots.
This big crack can be fixed with caulking for now. This piece of siding probably should be replaced.
A big crack remains on the soffit, trim and wall boards. We will fix it with Great Stuff and Caulking:

So you are almost done with your renovations and just final touches are left I suppose! :)
No, there is a huge amount of work that needs to be done with fixing the foundation, floor and raising/aligning the structure.

The bricks could be cemented or you can add tiles to them for saving those corners from further damage!!
Would you paint the yellow lines too or remain it as it is?
I will mortar in some new bricks to repair the corner. I don't plan on painting the bricks any time soon.
