It sat there for a long time and made a voice...I waited for 30 minutes.
My hands start became so tired of waiting, I had run out of patience......... so I screamed.
I think it was worth it.

These are so crisp. Did you edit them at all? This is a really intimate photograph.
Thank you!! I did not change anything here in the picture, but I used a filter inside the camera,
because the sun was good enough to make a good picture.
Ah! I hope to get some filters for my canon eventually. Its incredible how capturing moments like this make you feel. It's like you are one with everything that you are capturing. You become one with the moment by imprinting a moment in time from and extension of your own perspective. It's amazing.

Awww.. Poor scared birdie! Nice shot, though. I waited for a heron to take off today, but it literally walked into the reeds on those awkward, spindly legs.

A heron is a large water bird that has very long legs and hunts fish. I posted photos a couple days ago and will paste the link below, in case you're interested. It's the tall, gray bird in the first photo.
