A Good Catch for Dinner at ION Orchard - 吃在ION Orchard之收获 - (by @ace108)

The fad now is to go ION Orchard to catch pokemons. I read two news article recently and concluded that Pokemon Go! bring the benefits of the F&B outlets but not so much for the other retailers. If you are interested in the news article, check this two:
现时尚-到ION Orchard扑抓已成了一种流行。看了两篇新闻，我结论是： Pokemon Go!带给饮食业的好处比销售业多。有兴趣就看看这两篇：

A few days ago, I was at ION Orchard food court for dinner. The food there isn't cheap. It should be due to the fact that the mall is located in Singapore's Orchard Road. However, compared to the restaurants in the mall, the food court offers better value. I had this white bee hoon for $ 6.90. Bee hoon is a kind of rice noodle. The taste was great. Generous on the ingredients: praws, clams and cabbage. Some sinful pork lard to top it off. This dish is called white bee hoon probably because fried bee hoon in Singapore is typically fried with soy sauce making it dark coloured but this white bee hoon is cooked in some kind of soup stock so. 前几天到了ION Orchard的食阁吃晚餐。那食阁的食物不便宜。应该是因为那商场是坐落在新加坡的乌节路吧。但比起里面的餐厅，这食阁算挺划算的。就说我吃的这盘白米粉的价格是$6.90。足料够味。主料有虾，蚬，白菜。煮熟后还加入猪油渣。说他是白米粉可能应为新加坡的炒米粉大多是夹酱油炒的但白米粉是用上汤煮的。看看这两张图吧。

Life is filled with both happy and sad moments. While eating my white bee hoon, I was suddenly happy； mobile phone vibrated, and Pikachu appeared.
Chopsticks down now. Fed Pikachu, threw the pokeball. Broke free? Fed the little bugger again and serve another pokeball. Secured!
有人开心有人愁。吃着白米粉的我开心起来。手机一震，皮卡丘出现了。
放下筷子，喂他一下，发球。逃走？再喂，再发球。终于收拾了那家伙。

Next, I proceeded to myself a sweet ending. Bought two bowls of desserts - Cheng Tng and Bubur Chacha. $ 3.20 and $ 3.00. I had Cheng Tng in one of my previous posts but this time the lady asked for a bowl of hot one. Bubur Chacha is a Malay dessert. There are yam (taro), sweet potato and also taro balls. Ingredients are cooked in coconut milk. Taste should be quite similar to what @fishyontherun did for her dessert:

继续给自己甜甜蜜的收场。买了两碗甜品-清汤和摩摩喳喳。 $3.20 和 $3.00. 清汤在之前的帖说过但这次太太要了碗热的。摩摩喳喳是马来甜品的译音。料有芋头，番薯。也有芋头做成的芋丸。全部放进椰浆煮。味道应该跟@fishyontherun做的这甜点：
