The Woodlouse Who Eats Old Wood
I learned a lot of amazing things about the woodlouse (lat. Oniscidea), when I decided to study who I actually caught in the lens.
For example, woodlouse are absolutely not able to bite.
They feed on plants plants. And their appearance near your is a sign about high levels of dampness.
This video is about smart woodlouse. Very unexpected behaviour!)
Little bit closer to Oniscidea
On this video there is one more actor. Just look what she does to her antena!

Love your macro videos. I guess the wood louse did not want to be eaten by the owner of that spider web. Cool bonus footage of the centipede :)
