In this episode of Redacted Tonight VIP, Lee Camp talks with Ray McGovern, 27-year CIA veteran analyst, about the intelligence community’s habit of disseminating faulty intelligence for the benefit of the war machine. He is a co-founder of a group called Veterans Intelligence Professionals for Sanity (VIPS), which fights to bring people the truth, especially when it comes counter to government lies or the media’s propaganda machine.

In the second half of VIP, Lee talks about Ghent, a city in Belgium that’s leading the way as a sustainable, commons based community. This kind of cooperative system is not only possible in the US, but it’s becoming increasingly necessary. The richer the corporatocracy gets, the more our police will be militarized to protect the insane amount of inequality.
