MINNOW FRIDAYS #2: ❤ Valentine Edition ❤
Hello Fellow Newbies!
Time flies so fast and I’m now on my 2nd Minnow Fridays! @amariespeaks started the Minnow Mondays where she selects newbie posts to feature. She chooses newbie posts from the previous week’s #newbieresteemday. I have joined in the fun as one of their talent scouts but I will be doing this every Friday as my Mondays can be very demanding.
The Newbie Resteem Initiative
There are several activities in the #newbieresteemday initiative by @davemccoy and @mudcat36. Initially, there were only resteemers but the initiative has branched out to different activities such as contests and featuring posts like that of the Minnow Mondays.
Our goal is for newbies to shine and get some love from you! I request a few things for this feature:
Please visit any of the featured post and let them know your thoughts about their blog. Feedback and kind words are great motivators to newbies!
If you like it, please upvote their post. If the post is more than 7 days old by the time you see this, please consider upvoting a more recent post.
Not required, please comment in the newbie post that you will support either by commenting, upvoting (or why not both?). This will help me track the support this gets, as well as the effectiveness of this activity.

Love is truly in the Steemit air! I was able to find love posts from the resteemed pool of @davemccoy and those with the #newbieresteemday tag. In no particular order:

I first found @lynncoyle1’s response to her husband’s poem. I was truly moved by her response and with @briancourteau’s poem. I am linking his most recent Valentines poem for his wife. I can feel that they truly love each other and I feel so lucky to be witnessing this expression of love in Steemit. Their posts are one of the most real and moving I have encountered here in Steemit. They are just so lucky to have found each other. I am a fan of their love story.

@sweetcha is also a newbie but has been actively helping in the Newbie Resteem Initiative. I am glad to have found her Valentine post. In this post, she reminds us what love is about. She shares this post and a flower as her Valentines gift to us – Steemians.

I love art but I unfortunately do not have any talent for it. That’s why I admire several artists in Steemit. I think I would be featuring at least one art work per week because we have several talented Steemians in this field like @losthippie. I am glad that @losthippie posted a digital art work about Valentines that I can include for this week. I leave it up to you to interpret the image, but please go to his post linked above to let him know of your interpretation.

yes, maybe I will! although I have a few chosen already for next monday and they're not 100% love themed..hmm I have some decisions to make lol
