🎬 Must See Horror Movies - part 16 - IT (2017)

After a few months break, im now back to steemit and thought I would start out with adding another horror movie to the list, as there actually is a new one that deserves to be on it. 2017 has given a good outcome of horror movies, som better than others and some really not watchable.

In these blogs I write about the GOOD Horror movies that you simply must see if you like to get a little scare.

The recommended one today is: IT (2017)

IMDB:
Gives this a rating of 7.6 / 10 which I can agree with, deffinently one worth watching. It had a budget of $35mil and made $123mil on openening weekend.

ROTTEN TOMATOES:
Gives it a score of 85% / 85% and looks like audience and critics agree on this movie, deffinently worth watching.

GENRER:
Horror, Thriller, Drama.

RELEASE:
"IT" was released earlier this year (2017 if in doubt) and is a remake of IT from 1990 which was a mini-series with 2 full movie episodes. The star of this movie is Bill Skarsgård that you probably hasnt seen in many movies before, but he plays the character superbly and really know hows to be creepy!

After finding out a remake of IT was being made I got very excited about it for quite a long time, as IT from 1990 is one of my favourite horrors, I was 8 at the time seeing the first IT and we had a "videobook" where my brother had described the movie as "Funny comedy with the clown Pennywise" well....

Anyways, for this new remake I had very high expectations, and in overall im very pleased with the outcome, some things could have been better surely, but in overall it is very good and also has its moments of creepiness and scares.
The acting by Bill as Pennywise is over the top, he surely makes this a seriously creepy clown and does it with perfection! And just to make this better there is comming a chapter 2 in 2019, a long time untill then, but I will deffinently be waiting with excitement for it!

PLOT:
This movie is actually a remake of an old mini-series from 1990, by the same name. It follows a group of kids in a small town called Derry. The town has a history of kids disappearing, and now its starting again!

The small group decides to go together and figure out whats happening and trying to soolve the mystery behind the disappearing after they seam to be targeted by the Clown called "Pennywise".

TRAILER:
Are you planning to watch IT in the neat future? well then dont watch the trailer, I think it spoils too much but it is as always your decission :)

This is deffinently 1 to watch for the horror genrer.
