🎬Must See Horror Movies - part 6 - Saw

Dear steemians, followers, movie lovers.

We have now come to part 6 of GOOD horror movies that you must see, im writing this so you dont have to look long for finding good ones, and dont have to watch 10 bad to find that 1 good.

Therefore I will here write about the GOOD Horror movies that you simply must see if you like to get a little scare :

The recommended one today is: SAW

IMDB:
Gives this a score of 7.7 / 10 with 319.000 voters, this is a pretty good score for any type of movie theese days.

ROTTEN TOMATOES:
Scores this 48% / 84% so there is deffinently a large difference between what the critics think and what the viewers think, normally I look at viewers oppinions instead of the critics.

GENRER:
Horror, Mystery, Thriller.

RELEASE:
Saw is from 2004, and is deffinently worth watching even today, when I say "worth watching today" it is because in my oppinion older horror films isnt really that scary now days, Take Frankenstein from 1931... It was probably scary back then, but today? nahh not scary at all, but thats how it is with technology and how things are today, and what could actually happend, id say that Saw is something that actually could happend in the world theese days. The star of this film is Danny Glover & Cary Elwes, both has been in many movies and you must have seen them before.

When I first watched this movie, I knew not much about it, only a couple of friends saying it was a must see, and they were right. If you havent seen any spoilers from it, I can highly recommend watching it, I would say its primary Mystery as it gets you thinking throughout the movie and makes you look. I would rate this 3.9 of 5 stars. Im a little split in this review as horror for me is something else than what Saw provides, but ofcourse it is a type of horror, I just mainly like other types of horror than this, so this is one of the few "splatters" on my list of must see horror movies. Saw has alot of sequels, in total 6 movies so far, and another one on the way caled "Legacy" If you like Saw 1 I can only recommend that you also watch the others, the 1st one is a must see as it is original, the others are well... some are good some are not so good, maybe because it stops being original at some point.

PLOT:
Saw is about 2 people (Adam and Gordon) who wakes up in a strange industrial room together in each end handcuffed and in the middle of them is there a dead body. Both has no idea how they got there or even why, and it is now their task to escape the room, by looking for hidden tools and riddles in the room that can be helpfull or lead to death.

TRAILER:
If you really really want to see the trailer you can, but keep in mind that trailers are filled with spoilers to collect audience, and to make a good trailer they need to put in key features of the movie, so if you have a good memory it can pretty much spoil the movie for you, watch it if you want, but if you intend to see the movie anyways, dont watch the trailer.

This is deffinently 1 to watch for the horror genrer.
