When you know that work for others will never make you rich
Many people dream to find a good job after graduation, hope that the salary is higher, this is the reality of most people. We grew up studying, study until graduated just to find a good job after graduation. No rich family, no family business, so after graduation we only think of finding a job.
Of course, there are some people, worked for three years or so, get promoted, bought a house and car. This is pretty good for a full-time job.
But I believe that most of the office workers, in fact, only enough for their daily necessities, have no money left at the end of the month.

Let’s say your monthly salary is RM3000 (for fresh graduate) after deducts tax, EPF, SOSCO, left around RM2649. Deduct living expenses and loans around 1300. By the end of the year, you should have around RM 16000. If your work is smooth, three years should have around RM 48000.
Considering these three years, you have a promotion, also considering that these three years you have no additional expenses, if any, you should be left around RM 40000.
Work another 7, eight years you estimate to save up to around RM 100,000. If you buy a car and a house, got married and had children, all these need costs, since you are spending, you may not consider quitting current job and want to continue to work in the company until retirement.

Yeah buddy but you have to understand that you were made to become an authority-hungry worker. From childhood on! I agree with your explanation, because I have also experienced it. I think to be independent, to open my own work, but it takes process and struggle hard, and this is a challenge. Nothing is instant, it all takes a process.
