Real Estate is not complicated but not always easy.
It is very common for seller's to share with you the difficulties of having their home shown. I completely understand. However, it is my responsibility to remind my clients that not everything about selling a house is fun but the sooner we have an offer the sooner the showings will end.
This video is a quick reminder of the importance of removing clutter before a showing. Is it a little overboard? Yes, sometimes that is the best way to not be insulting and to get a point across.

Yeah, showing occupied properties is a pain. More so when it's a rental even. Keeping it tidy is important though.
You are so right. Rental properties are the toughest to show. I always expect some craziness and often am not disappointed.
Advice taken...the video taught me a lot of things too. I'm not an investor now but dream to be one in future. So I must confess the video would be helpful to me in the future. Thanks for bringing this up
