Real Estate Photography (Lens comparison)

My fellow photographers understand the difference a lens can make. In real estate, it is common to not get the entire room in the photo. Using a wide angle lens is ideal for interior home photography because it lets you see the whole room.

How can you picture how you would lay out a room if you cannot see the entire space. Take a look at these two pictures and let me know which helps you visualize how you would use the room better.

Can you tell the difference in how much larger the room appears? This isn't the best photo but it represents the difference in width.

A huge job of the real estate agent is presenting the property with pictures. Since over 90% of buyers search for homes online we can essentially say all buyers are internet buyers. Therefore, the right pictures online make all the difference.

Remember, the quicker a buyer makes an offer on your home the more money you end up making all things considered. Let me know your thoughts.
