This is a weekly overview of my personal handicapping and live betting results on teams from the Belgian Jupiler League with some insights on my overall approach.

Last weekend was pretty uneventful betting wise. I mainly based myself on the notes I have been writing in my weekly roundups which overall have been quite accurate. It was one of those weeks were betting feels like flipping coins. Some bets were spot on, some way off with a couple lucky winners and unlucky losers pretty much grinding out profit with many smaller stake positions.

I failed to pull the trigger again in the Eupen match and go with my pre-game plan of betting the big over line at 0-0 score around the 20th minute regardless play. The match produced so little around the 20th minute that I really had a hard time to place the bet and sure enough 0-1, 0-2 and 0-3 came before HT out of thin air. I did manage to get some on the late over as Eupen tends to keep going but got sucked into betting low 1.62 odds on the Anderlecht +0 also which lost. I always compare live prices to the pre-game lines and getting +0 while the closing line was -0.75 was too tempting.

I was on Oostende +0 @ 2.02 pre-game with some room to take more in case Lokeren took the lead based on what I wrote. Which ended in a clear 0-3 win for Oostende.

Oostende: "They are off my waiting list and into the 'ride the potential winning streak' list"
Lokeren: "They lack real scoring power and I'll be looking to fade them specially in the 2nd half or right when the take the lead and go for unders."

I could not resist to take a minimum bet on Genk -0.5 @ 1.826 despite the odds being adjusted to the situation which lost. Genk did not show their best form so I stayed away from betting them live. Waasland failed to come through for another 5.0+ odds outright winner this time and got outplayed by a good Standard. Antwerp provided for a couple winning over bets after they got 1-0 behind against Moeskroen.

To be successful in live betting, you really need to be able to bet counterintuitive. Sometimes taking the over when the match is slow or taking the under when match is high pace, betting against the team who is dominating or betting high odds lines that are likely to lose you money in the short term but make you a winner over time.

I don't think your followers even realise what you are doing. By what you write, you have to be really knowledgeable about everything going on the league and markets overall. Some genius stuff right there lol

I'm mainly doing this all for myself since it helps a lot to stay sharp.
Having some kind of routine when it comes down to handicapping, reviewing bets and keeping record is something that really works for me.
