Two shots from the garden this evening
Hi guys
First one is my usual macro style. Some kind of hoverfly on one of our flowers
The second one is the first shot I've shown on here that I took with my modified Helios 44-2. Managed to get some of the funky lighting/bokeh effects that I wanted after a bit of experimentation. The poppies are out in full swing here at the moment in the fields so i might go out tomorrow and see if i can get show shots of them in a simlar vein.

Ooooh dude the flower pic is magical! The green bokeh along the left side is like an alien swamp landscape or something. Really cool, can't wait to see you experiment with this technique more :)
