When everything is as you wanted

On the road of persistent, many people give up because they cannot endure the long-term effort without seeing the result. When others choose to persist and then achieve the final success, they complained and think that if they had insisted at that time, the outcome would have been completely different.
I believe everyone is familiar with long-distance running. In the process of long-distance running, there are some people who can’t endure the pain of running out of breath, slowly opened the distance with the person in front. But as a long-distance runner, in fact, when it is difficult to endure, the best way is to continue to go on, this is the decisive factor to become a runner.
A lot of people, after they stopped running, and then start crying: “I can continue to run. If give me another chance, I will be able to get first.” Yes, even if you have the chance to choose again, can you really tolerate it? Yes, maybe, you did it again. But if you don't see that attractive reward, like the first time you don't know the ending, will you stick to it?

But, the reality is not. In this way, he still can only work hard in his position, there is no promotion for him.
We always say that there will be a return for every effort, but, if it is only a temporary effort, then I think it is still far away. After all, if there are people who come to the company later than you, but he persisted long enough, that is, in the long run, his contribution is still greater. So, the difference between people is not very big, but you in a field, whether you persist long enough, whether you have been continuous put in efforts.
If a moment's effort can succeed, then everyone is a winner. So the logic behind this is actually about persistence. Maybe it is not very clear when you just started, but you will slowly understand when you do it. Just like a lot of readers, if you're writing, if you just persist for 1 or 2 months, I don't think that's much of a deal because there are so many people who can do it. Only if you persist long enough and do it well enough, then you can get what you wanted.
