Interests (Reality)
First, we talk about interests. The simplest direct form of interest is money. Interests are used throughout all aspects of human society so we must know the importance of the interests.
Different groups have different interests. If the interests not the same then there will be conflict.
If you are a worker, you absolutely want the policy to tend to workers, such as more rest time, higher wages and so on. But if you are the boss, you certainly hope that lower the wages the better, the longer the workers working hours the better.
There is no right or wrong because we are thinking from the interests that best for us.
For example in a campaign, on the left, favor to the workers, on the right, favor more to the entrepreneurs, demand for a free market and higher efficiency.
If you are a local resident, who should you support? Of course, you will support the one who stands for your interests.
So, we need to improve the ability to think independently. There is an interest behind every point of view, and know who is representing the interests.
So learn to think independently, learn to think from the perspective of interest (resource allocation), and not be confused by some attractive slogans. The more attractive the slogans are, the worse they are.
All the problems, conflicts and contradictions in the world, in the end, are because of the distribution of resources (interests).
But resources are never enough, so problems, conflicts, contradictions will always exist. Big to war, small to who wash the dishes, these are resources (benefits) distribution problem.
Selfishness is human nature, and most people do. So as a wise man, knowing the evil of human nature, knows how not to arouse the evil of human nature, but to lead to goodness.
For example, an ordinary person, without any habit of stealing, but if you put a pile of gold outside his house, unattended, this man is likely to become a thief.
Be mindful of guarding against harm from others, and staying away from placing harm upon others. Know the importance of the interests in the social operation, find your interests, support the ideas that represent your interests, and you will succeed in half.
Ideal (mental strength)
Today's society, very impetuous, a lot of people, in order to make money, doesn’t matter what it is, dare to do anything. In fact, this is not only immoral but also a stupid thing.
Combine ideal, and reality is the kingly way to make money.
Ideals, in a sense, can be called mental strength, the role of mental force is very strong. The reason why ancient rulers are very afraid of religious organizations is that the religious organization of believers have strong mental strength, very pious, for their belief, they can do anything, so cohesion, their fighting power is very strong.
And those bandits that do anything only for the money, often weak at fighting, no cohesion, everyone will be parted without money. So the ancient court did not take the bandits seriously.
One of the reasons why successful people become success mainly because they have values and sincerity; This might sound cliche, but this is the truth.
A salesman, in order to make money, lies to sell the products, lies without thinking, and the acting is clumsy. But there is always the day when the lie is uncovered, and it is impossible to lie forever.
Because of the performance, faking is very tiring, you can fake for one or two days, one or two months, but you can't do it for a few decades, loaded for a lifetime, there will always be a time that you can’t continue. So pure lie won’t last long.
Big entrepreneurs have their own values, with values, comes sincere strength to infect people, and attract people.
