No matter how desperate you are, try to look back at wonderful things and people who love you
A young man jumped into a river to commit suicide and was rescued by a middle-aged man.
When the young man wakes up, the middle-aged man says to him, "If you were dead, are you the only one who died?"
The young man said he had no rich background, and he works very hard to build his career, and finally has his property. But because of an investment failure, he lost all the property overnight. Then, he felt the world is so big, and he is so small, so helpless, incompetent and powerless. So, he thought of dying.
The middle-aged man asked when you think of dying, do you think of someone who loves you?
The young man said, he has a mother, and deeply love his mother. Then he realized: “ If I died, what will happened to my mother?”
Middle-aged man then said, a person to the world, may be small, not worth mentioning, but for those who love him, for his mother, he is her whole world!
It was a spring evening, on a 15-storey rooftop, a middle-aged woman standing on the edge, ready to jump off the building. At the other end of the roof stood a volunteer. The volunteer asked the woman: "Hey if you jump down, can you jump back up? If you jump down, at the 10th floor, you suddenly realized that in this world, there are people you love, and things you care about. If you regret and doesn’t want to jump, you can jump back up? You know, if you jump down, you will never jump back up. ”
"I will never regret, I will never regret even if I die!" The woman said with a firm tone.
"After you died, of course, you won't know regret. But when you are still alive, there will be regrets. If you jump down, from the 15th floor to 1st floor, you are still alive, in this interval, can you guarantee that you do not have a little regret? If you have regret, there is no jumping back up!" The volunteer said. If you look far away, the leaves become green; the flowers become red, spring has come, the winter has passed, we as living on the earth, what else can’t we go through?
After a dead silence, the woman suddenly cried out. The volunteer, standing at the other end of the roof, slowly walk towards the woman and slowly embrace the woman. The woman in the arms of the volunteer, crying into a tears.
She could not bear the pain of suffering, so she planned to look at the sea before ending her life. Her boyfriend stayed by her side on the day of her illness. He was so tired that he fell asleep at the bedside. She stroked his hair, and the tears fell.
The day she went to watch the sea, her boyfriend insisted on going with her. Standing by the sea, looking at the vast and blue sea, she felt the insignificance of life. Later at night, when her boyfriend fell asleep, she secretly gets up, walks to the seaside, step by step toward the depths of the sea. As the sea dipped on her bosom, a biting chill struck her in the heart, looking at the dark, ferocious sea, and she was timid.
She began to retreat backward, and when she retreated to the shore, a pair of powerful hands held her. She turned back in horror, and with a faint starlight, found that the man holding her was her boyfriend.
Her boyfriend hugged her tightly, without moving. After a long time, he just choked and said: "I dare not call you because I scared you will run into the depths of the sea, and run too deep and I can’t pull you back. I can only silently look at you, waiting for you to come back ..."
“Waiting for you to come back,” this sentence in her heart has produced a tremendous shock. She began to understand that in this lifetime, her life is not only belonged to herself but also belong to those who love her.
She is determined to live well because it is a duty to live.
“Live well for yourself and for the person you love. Think of every moment, there is someone who loves you, waiting for you to come back, is there any reason not to stay alive? Is there any reason not to take good care of your life?” She thought.
