It's never the smartphone that destroys your life

One of my juniors told me: “I’m done, I'm wasted, I am a loser who only know play mobile phone. After surfing on social media, then launch Pokemon Go. I regret every night before bedtime, but the next day I continue doing the same thing, are you like this too?"

Me? Are you joking! I’m not that childish! Of course I don’t, I’m a noble person, I won’t do such a thing.

I'm sorry, I lied, actually I am the kind of person who can play mobile phone while pooping.

According to research, 62% of people wake up in the morning, the first thing they do is to look at their phones. On weekends, they can stay on the bed with the phone for the whole morning.

So, will it ruin a person by playing phone?

If you do not like to study, do not like to learn, it is none of your mobile phone business. What destroys you is the heavy procrastination and the self-discipline.

2. The app that makes your life convenient. Uber, Android Pay, Waze and a variety of travel app.

3, The App that improves yourself. Translate apps, course learning apps and various kinds of learning apps.

The installation ratio of these three types of apps does not indicate who is more advanced, but it can show how different each person's time management tendencies are.

Those who have never considered installing the third category are more likely to become slaves to their smartphones, and are more likely to fall into the anxiety trap of playing with smartphone all day long.

This gadget is not the culprit of our anxieties, it's just a temporary exit for procrastination.

Different type of apps only contribute to the richness of entertainment, making it easier for you to migrate your laziness and procrastination.

This is not difficult to understand, because when people in anxiety, they will find other things to act busy to divert their attention.

Many people thought when they surfing on their phones every day, they thought that they are actively in the era of integration, and strive to understand the whole world. In fact, a lot of information we surfed every day are useless information.

Only passive absorption without output thinking for that part of information, you will know what is called wasted.

Those who can say they will put down their smartphones and really put down, usually know the truth that not all the information is valuable.

People who don't have own values and actions are too easy to get lost. It is better to stay away from them as far as possible.

Did you realized something?

You carry your phone every day. Keep thinking about someone might have emergency need to find you, but in the end, the one who is looking for you with emergency is not much.

When you put down your phone, you will realize that you didn’t miss anything important, people and things that don't matter will automatically be gone.

You can easily pick up your original life and bring pleasure to your body.

Many people realize that excessive use of smartphones make us miss the good side, so they decided to denounced the smartphone and reject the smartphones. But after a few minutes, they picked up the phone again.

These people never understand a truth, that we can never reject what’s trending.

The enemy is too strong, there is no use in repelling, the smartphone has replaced your original life, but it can not replace your weak time management ability and the bad habits of delaying tasks.

Don't say "I understand all these, is just that I’m too lazy to restrain myself ..." No! You don’t understand!

Many people have the “lazy cancer”, but they still think that they can’t achieve is because they are not working hard enough. In fact, they are just hiding behind their laziness.

Just like a lot of people who keep delaying tasks and blame on the phone, they thought that they will become better when they stay away from the phone.

Your phone did not kidnap you, it's not the phone that destroys you, it’s just that you never really wanted anything.

Nothing beats the iPad in tablet usage, can't say the same for phones though.
