In Polish hospital they require so much stuff to take with you in your delivery bag

This is only Adam's bag. My was much bigger.

Here is the list:

For mama:

• ID
• Birth plan
• Shower sandals
• Slippers
• Hair ties
• Lip Balm
• 2 or 3 Pijamas
• 2 Nursing bras
• Post-partum mesh pants
• Sanitary napkins
• Socks
• Tanks
• 2 Bath towel
• Shampoo
• Body wash
• Deodorant
• Toothbrush and toothpaste
• Makeup bag
• Phone and charger
• Water
• Snack
• Cup and cutlery

For baby:

• Blanket
• Nursing pillow
• Baby clothes (hospital not give you one)
• Dipers and wipes
• Car seat

In my opinion it is too much things that we need to carry. In the past (about 10 years ago) it was enough to have only clothes to go out for the child, but times have changed - little pity.
