🐟Samanco (싸만코): 🍦A fish-shaped ice cream filled with red bean paste

One of my favorite ice creams in South Korea is the Samanco fish-shaped ice cream. It is a unique and delicious treat that is perfect for a hot, summer day. ☀️

The outside of the Samanco is made from a thin layer of soft and chewy waffle cake, which is shaped like a fish. Sometimes, there is a chocolate coating that adds a sweet flavor to the ice cream and it helps to keep the ice cream filling from melting too quickly.

The inside of the Samanco is filled with a generous amount of sweet red bean paste. The red bean paste is a traditional Korean dessert ingredient.

The combination of the soft and chewy waffle cake, the rich chocolate coating, and the sweet vanilla ice cream, and the red bean paste filling creates a perfect match.

Why don't they have this in America?
I'm so curious. I think a lot of Americans would like this ice cream. It's a unique and refreshing dessert in my opinion.
