Eat: Rossella Ravioli!

Today our adventure begins in the best way speaking of Rossella's giant ravioli.
"Rossella" restaurant is located in Tufo Basso, in Abruzzo.
Its main dish is just the Giant Ravioli, or a huge bag of pasta inside which is put fresh ricotta with spinach.
Each raviolo weighs about 500 grams, and is served three vaulted, for a total of 1.5 kg of Ravioli!
The fillings of the giant ravioli are all ricotta and spinach, but you can choose as a sauce the tomato sauce, ragout, porcini mushrooms, and porcini and truffle.
The restaurant "Da Rossella" is located near Carsoli, in Abruzzo.
