(ENG-ITA) Swe(ea)t MTB #08 - Diary of a sportsman in half [Photos by voiceoff]
Session 7 - May 26th
Do you see the red dot on the map? That's where I lost my smartphone. It fell out of my pocket and I did not notice while returning home, there were only 3 or 4 kilometers away. A tragedy, it would have been a real disaster but fortunately I went back to look for it an hour later and I found it. A miracle! Also it had not even suffered any damage to the fall.
For this reason the charts you see above are not complete (to record the session I use the same smartphone), I have however reconstructed them with regard to generic data. You can see them below as usual.

That said (and past the fear) I speak now of the session. I had planned to do something more challenging than past times. I prepared a track at home, but during the training I decided to stretch a bit. I felt particularly good, I feel that I'm starting to get at least a little fit!
Below some photos and the report of the day (rebuilt, for the reasons I have already said).
