Session 3 - April 24th

Today I really enjoyed it! The only drawback was perhaps the sun. Typical day from early summer. The clothing was not at all suitable because in reality I did not realize it was so hot. The weather in the town seemed fresher.

Devo dire che oggi è stata proprio una bella sessione! L'unico inconveniente è stato forse il sole; tipica giornata da inizio estate. L'abbigliamento non era per nulla adatto perché in realtà non avevo capito che fosse così caldo visto che in paese tirava un'aria più fresca.

Before leaving I felt particularly fit, so I decided to try to do a few more kilometers than I had foreseen. Legs are still a bit 'bad but it's the norm. It would be advisable to do around fifteen kilometers every day, but unfortunately this is not feasible. The lap I did today last year I did it easily but I'm still happy with this start (we're only at the third session!).

Prima di partire mi sentivo particolarmente in forma, ho quindi deciso di provare a fare qualche chilometro in più di quello che avevo previsto. Le gambe fanno ancora un po' male ma è la norma. Sarebbe opportuno fare una quindicina di chilometri ogni giorno ma la cosa non è fattibile purtroppo. Il giro che ho fatto oggi l'anno scorso ero capace di farlo quasi fischiettando ma sono comunque contento di questo inizio (siamo solo alla terza sessione!).

It was also a session of meetings; usually it happens to see some shepherd coming back from the countryside but today I saw a couple of friends who did the usual cycling training like me. As I passed in front of my uncle's campaign I saw the gate open and I thought of going to visit him (on the map in fact you can see a small detour). He was busy milking a cow so I did not stop too much time, just a greeting. As usual, some photos, in addition to the report recorded by #runtastic.

E' stata inoltre una sessione di incontri; in genere capita di incrociare qualche pastore che rientra dalla campagna ma quest'oggi ho visto anche un paio di amici che facevano il consueto allenamento ciclistico come me. Mentre passavo di fronte alla campagna di mio zio ho visto il cancello aperto e ho pensato di andare a fargli visita (sulla mappa infatti si può vedere una piccola deviazione). Era impegnato a mungere una mucca così non mi sono fermato troppo tempo, giusto un saluto. Come al solito di seguito qualche foto, oltre al resoconto registrato da #runtastic.
