Session 6 - May 24th
This afternoon the weather conditions were particularly perfect for a good training: sunny but not too hot and a light breeze. Typical beautiful spring day. The desire was so, so I did not even finish seeing the stage of the Giro.
I had planned a certain route but it was not possible to complete because of a sheep flock that occupied the road. It would not have been a good idea to get in the middle and annoy the shepherd. So I decided to go back making a small change of program. No problem!

Questo pomeriggio le condizioni climatiche erano particolarmente perfette per fare un buon allenamento: soleggiato ma non troppo caldo e una leggera brezza. Tipica bella giornata primaverile. La voglia era tanta così non ho neanche finito di vedere la tappa del Giro.
Avevo programmato un determinato percorso che però non è stato possibile completare a causa di un gregge di pecore che occupava la strada. Non sarebbe stata una buona idea infilarsi in mezzo e infastidire il pastore. Così ho deciso di tornare indietro apportando un piccolo cambiamento di programma. Nessun problema!

Quest'anno è una primavera particolare. La campagna è un'esplosione di colori e di profumi. Anche io stavo faccendo attività fisica questa mattina, ma stavo zappando l'orto, per certe cose non esistono ancora i bot! Saludi e trigu!
