My name is Klaus. 

I am a Salesforce Technical Architect based out of the Deloitte Digital Studio, with over 5 years of Salesforce architecture experience. I hold advanced certifications across the Salesforce cloud offerings, including Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds. Recently I have specialized in the latest Salesforce offerings, from Lightning Experience to advanced Marketing Cloud customization.

Over the last 5 years I have architected and led multiple implementations of Force.com and Salesforce cloud solutions for a wide variety of public sector and private sector clients, from Fortune 500 companies to SMBs, state agencies, higher education, and non-profits. Private sector client projects are distributed across a wide range of sectors, including Financial Services, retail, and pharmaceuticals.

Before joining Deloitte Digital, I served as Salesforce Platform Architect for a technology company and was the founding CTO of a boutique digital agency. I began my career in Web Application development back in the late 90s and architected and managed implementation of two custom CRM applications (marketing and nonprofit verticals) as well as designing and implementing a full featured social network.

I'm a next generation multifaceted agile professional focused on achieving measurable results. When I'm not putting out fires, crunching numbers, or planning world domination, you'll find me hiking, skiing or sailing.
