There was a man in a town called "Black coat bhai", his real name is Srinivasan but he known as his nick name only and a story behind his nick name.
When he was 18 years old, he participated in a quiz competition, wearing a black coat for the first time and he won the first prize in the competition, and when ever he wear the coat, he succeeded most of time. and he thought the coat lucky to him, since then he wearing the same coat for the important days.
Not only in the quiz, but his degree exam also he wore the same coat and he was awarded with good marks, he wore the same coat in the interview also and he got the job, and achieved higher level in the job.
He thought the coat is behind his success. So he washed it by his own hand and keep it safe and secure. After that he got married, his wife repeatedly wanted to change the old coat, but he refused.
His kids also requested him to change the coat, he never agreed, he said No!, One day his kids threw out the coat without knowing him.
One day their company conducting election for selecting new chairman, he also wanted to nominate his name, on the nomination day, he went to searching the coat but he can't find the it, he searched almost every where in his house but no use, and finally he came to know that his kids threw it away. He was distressed, he did not nominate his name , He thought he might fail in that election because of the coat.
Here I must say the black coat's name, that is self confident. His inner voice says that if he wear the black coat(self confidence) he would succeed. If you don't have his confidence of black coat you can not perform well, and you will fail the contest.

To me that black coat does not represent self-confidence but it is a type of superstition. We should be wise in choosing to put our faith on. It shouldn't be surrendered to anyone or anything blindly. But yeah, I guess, faith is always blind!
Thank you for the feedback, I agree this is type of superstition but I mentioned that if any one doesn't have his confidence(black coat) he can not perform well, and he will fail the contest
