MSP Waves Radio - The Alternative Lifestyle Show - Friday 23 March - special show 'A View from the Ozarks'

After the success of last week's special with @wwf and the Stewards of Terra Mater the Alternative Lifestyle Show is running another special show this week - 'A View from the Ozarks'.

The Ozark Mountains in Arkansas and Missouri is a magnet for homesteaders in the USA. Many of those Ozarkian homesteaders are on steemit.

The Alternative Lifestyle Show has gathered together a whole bunch of homesteaders from the region to tell us their stories of how they got to be in Ozarks and what makes the Ozarks such a favoured place for homesteaders.

On the show from the Ozarks are :

  • @awesomehomestead - a homesteader from the Ozarks and one of the great team of show researchers for the Alternative Lifestyle Show

  • @armadillocreek - hailing from the Ozarks, these homesteaders know their quail, their hot toddies and their steempunk weddings

  • @borrowedearth - her profile says - geek, homesteader and artist - and a Steward of Terra Mater too

  • @freedompoint - a knifemaking vegan accidental homesteader based in the Ozarks

  • @papa-pepper - the 'original' steemit homesteader who also happens to be based in the Ozarks, commonly found with snakes, serpents and Little Peppers

  • @rockybrookfarm - offgrid homesteaders with goats, guineas and 14 chickens

  • Pat from HomesteadCrossing Inc - real estate agents specialising in property around the Ozarks

    I am very excited to be on the Alternative Lifestyle Show again tonight.

    Lasts weeks program was fun and I loved hearing everyone tell their stories.

    Curious to hear about what has brought this varied group of folks here to the Ozarks!
