Ok, test enzimatici tutti negativi, grazie a Dio. A riaggiornarci prossimamente.

ENGLISH
I apologise first of all for not yet having been able to post, as requested by our friend @stefano.massari, a tutorial for the use of Freepik (I still hope to publish it by next week, hopefully, since by then I will have to deal with the usual bureaucracy that is inescapable when you have a legal entity open). However, the bureaucracy has slipped. I had planned to take care of it this week, but as usual, health (or rather illness) has been the source of further entanglements. First of all, my husband had a day-hospital to the emergency unit last Tuesday. He had gone there for a routine visit (the emergency unit here replaces the general practitioner, but also deals with mild to moderate emergencies), but the ECG that had to be taken, showed a cardiac abnormality. So they admitted him to the day-hospital room for a series of blood samples to check for a possible risk of heart attack. It went on for a long time because they had to wait for the results of each sample (they were enzymatic tests) and the mess was that my husband couldn't eat anything until the test was over, otherwise the analyses would have masked the correct values. OK, enzymatic tests all negative, thanks God. The doctor then felt that the third and final test could be dispensed with. Got the discharge in the late afternoon and the next day, cardiologist examination in our usual clinic, where he was already booked in any case. The cardiologist said that it was not a dangerous alteration, but as it was symptomatic, he prescribed a cardiac ultrasound. Unfortunately, the emergency room does not have the right machine to do this, so he booked it in the public clinic this morning. However, the public clinic told him that they are overloaded, so we are already thinking of going to a private facility that has an agreement with our clinic (the agreement provides for lower prices for members of this clinic). And since I don't miss anything from my side, I should also have an ultrasound done for suspected poor circulation (but it's leaning more towards a lymphatic sickness). But my ultrasound is much more expensive, so I have to wait for the delays in the public unit. And it's not cardiac, so presumably my mishap is less risky. However, I was forced to order new glasses (or rather, new lenses, taking advantage of a frame I already had at home, a very pretty one, it's to say, of reading glasses with which I could no longer read a single word). A sort of compromise, as I'm eternally waiting for an eye examination at the public unit. But my latest glasses, as it turned out, lack the corrective axis for astigmatism, and this lack is detrimental to me (last year's free orthoptic had been confusing, with a cursory measurement in a hurry, and the contracted optician, apart from the splendid frames, not much better than the orthoptic). Last Saturday, however, I had a much more detailed optical examination than in September, and the staff at the new optician is much more competent. Optician I met thanks to an event on the first of the month at the Methodist church I belong to and at which, here's good news, I had been able to take care of a little patient with learning difficulties, having just obtained the qualification of clinical scholar psychologist (don't look for it in Italy, where it unfortunately doesn't exist). Here was some good news, very good indeed! Thank the Lord, I finished the course ahead of schedule (there is still some bureaucracy missing, but I already have the electronic certificate of completion). I had therefore missed out on the free eye test because I in turn had the child to examine, but the new optician's is right next door (it must be a 5 or 10-minute walk) and so they offered it to me anyway, for another day. For the lenses, this new optician is three times cheaper than the VIP optician in partnership with the clinic. However, these are still expenses that are piling up, and as I don't intend to make my husband wait a year for the ultrasound, I am announcing power downs in a row (also to offset the expense of the new lenses only 8 months after the new glasses). If my husband had no symptoms, OK, then he could safely wait, but since the symptoms are there, he can't. This is also the year to renew my driving licence (which I don't need to drive, but for legal foreigners residents is a very important, almost indispensable document. And there will be other expenses. Not to mention the new bureaucracy that as of this year is also encompassing businesses of minimum size like mine. In order to follow to keep it within the law, it is very likely that within the year I will be obliged to acquire an expensive digital certificate (in itself it would not be very expensive, not in the face of an income approaching the maximum permitted ceiling, but mine, mostly from Steemit and cousins, does not even reach one tenth of that ceiling). In essence, there is no way to do without power downs as long as nothing changes. Above all, I can't keep my husband waiting for an ultrasound (nor can I give up renewing my driving licence, which costs a fortune). See you soon.
Apologies for inaccuracies, but English is not my main language.

The image above is my husband's ECG (it's a partial image, to protect his data). You can read the result that shows his cardiac abnormality (in Portuguese). Right bundle branch block, if the translation is correct (sorry, I'm not familiar with this medical niche language). Photo from my Moto G10.

It seems like it's been a difficult week. I hope all health-related news is good. Also, congratulations on your new certificate. I hope you will return soon to writing and commenting as before.

Thank you, dear friend. There's still a bureaucracy to fulfil, but my biggest studying journey is done, thanks God. The big deal now is my couple's health. My husband returned from emergency with a terrible cold, maybe a 'flu cause air conditioner. And I'm not 100% well too...

Hospitals, the airconditioning, always spread diseases. They are 'famous' for that.

Unfortunately, I lost a close friend cause air conditioning in hospital. It literally killed him.

Everyone I know staying in hospital always caught pneumonia and many other dangerous infections. My grandmother was taken in for kidneys or eyes and caught 6-8 different serious diseases. She always refused to go to hospital. She hated it.
The air flows from ICU to everywhere and filters need to be cleaned, besides of the inhealthy cold air. I never enter a shop with airco it makes me sick, same for my children. Better open a window and ventilate or leave it closed during the day.

Hospitals are far of clean I know I worked there.

Dear friend what does:

The driver's license cost
Your new lenses (You need both. Without lenses you will not be able to work.)
What about your hospital check?

I understand you are worried about your husband but I am worried about you. Ask yourself what your husband will do without you, if you are no longer able to write, make an income.

So make a list of what is needed lrices in Steem, dollars, euros or what you need.

Don't forget a person needs to eat too.

If you have a bankaccount (BIC and swift number), cryptowallets, paypal or? Mention it too.

I assume the driver's license is your ID as well.

Strenght and love to you.
I hope to hear soon from you.
🍀❤️

Good news, my dear: the public clinic called me for the ultrasound for free, thanks God! My new lenses: I'm paying them into 3 instalments with a credit card (it's a zero cost credit card in my country), so it won't be heavy. My driver's license renewal/update will cost about 340 reais (more or less 65 dollars, depending on the exchange rate oscillations), but don't worry dear, I yet received enough donations in my steemit account and it should cover this expense❤️❤️❤️❤️

Oh, dear friend I am so happy for you. Get your glasses and enjoy a better vision.

I hope everything will work out fine with your driver's license and everything you need to have a better life.

Blessings to you dear friend!
Please, take good care of yourself and help your husband to use steemit.

He can join photography or other contests with not too much text.

Thank you, dear friend! 💕I answer here at all your previous comments for comfort reasons:

  1. my husband is taking his prescribed syrup. A very kind and nice old sister of my Methodist church, the musicians chief, purchased the syrup for him

  2. It's very hard to convince him to join steemit, as now he can't stay too much time sitting using a PC or notebook cause his health. I'll try to see if he could do with steemit app for mobiles, even I know it's very hard to work here with no big screen and big keyboard. He is doing all his best with the earning apps he yet has

  3. the hospital were my friend died is too obsolete (a dilapidated building in a small town in the north of Italy, practically the worst Italian region where to live). Can compared to a third or fourth world hospital in bad conditions

  4. I also use the oldest clothes not good as towels and handkerchiefs as kitchen towels

Hoping I didn't forget any answer 💕

Thanks for answering all questions. Know there's no hurry to do so.

I started on Steemit in bed, laying on my left side for the biggest part of the day/night.
If I can write he can too.
Let him join the freewriters and boylikegirl...a photo, a few limes, no justifying is a good start.

💕🍀

I'll try again, dear friend, I'll try, even I know it's not an easy task and his mobile is yet overwhelmed by his earning apps😂😂😂😂. But I'll try, I promise...

Earning apps... is it possible to earn with them? Two of mine no longer work. Perhaps it's lousy Ssmsung. Deepl.com gave up on me too. I tried 5x to log in but it says it can't verify blah blah..
It will take time to read your text.

Happy day dear, when can you expect your license and glasses?

🍀💕

I have yet the glasses, since Wednesday🙂🧡.I only must go to the optician this afternoon to make some adjustments. The license renewal is between July and September.
My husband uses cryptos earning games, but I don't know the name of all of them (he uses several per day). But I know well the BITCOIN BLING apps because I use them also (word of breeze, solitaire bitcoin, sudoku bitcoin). In the play store. He is also a kwai influencer, even if it's years he struggle to win a contract with the company (at least a million followers are needed).

HI @pousinha, I am sorry to hear about your husband understandably it is very important now to do everything needed for investigations. The ECG is correctly showing RBBB: Right bundle branch block the translation is correct. I noticed Italian Team is gathering support which is a great initiative I hope that it will help you a bit for the expenses. Take care of yourself and your husband, best wishes

Thank you, dear friend♥️🙏. I only hope to not become a burden to anyone. I'm keeping updating my couple health status because I promised to the community these updates and to explain the reasons of my power down in a row. Kisses.

Hi, @wox-helpfund is a fund started by WOX community admin to help Steemit users with some medical expenses. Please tell us how critical your current situation is and whether you need financial help from us at this stage.

Thank you very much, dear friend, I appreciate what the communities are doing for me! I inform you I yet received a good amount to cover these current circumstances from the communities admins initiatives:

This is my current balance (out of 3 staked SBD the printscreen couldn't catch). To not become a burden to the communities, I also rely on power down (not at the point to not be able to post and reply, I try to leave in SP at least 100 steem) and all times I explain the power down reasons in a post (also considering my online activity is my main source of income to maintain my household) because I find correct to inform my power down in a row are never a whim. Thank you very much for your concern🙂
