Assalamualaikum everyone,
Hope everyone is very well by the grace of Almighty Allah. Alhamdulillah I am also well and healthy. This is my another weekly report as a moderator of Steem for Pakistan community.From 27/07/2023 to 02/08/2023 I have conducted my weekly activities in the community. I am delighted to be a part of the Steem For Pakistan community. I am very happy to work with my team and I'm here today to share my weekly summary of the work I've accomplished with my team and members of my community.

My weekly activities as a Moderator of Steem For Pakistan Community.

While working as a community moderator we are given certain responsibilities like checking posts, maintaining good environment and rules in the community, detecting abuse and taking appropriate action, user verification in the community, maintaining image with all users etc. I use some methods for regular post checking.For regular normal posts and engagement challenge posts, I check posts through two methods. And that is:

This week I covered 15 posts and all the posts were good .Today, I saw a user mentions curators unnecessarily so I guided him and another user didn’t use the tag properly and many don’t power up for more than a month so I guided them about this matter too. Besides, I saw that some user didn’t make good quality post so I try to give them proper guide. I also try to fix others problem of user which I find in their post. When I go to the user's post review I follow the following processes and check each post:

• I used steemworld.org and steemcryptic tool to check the club status of their posts.

• I used duplichecker and smallseotools to check plagiarism of user posts.

• I also ensured that every user has complete their achievement-1 and every post is #steemexclusive.

• I also checked if anyone has started Bit bots services or others services.

• I also check if any article is created by AI bot or not, so I use Chatgpt-2 detector and [Zerogpt detector](https:/ /www.zerogpt.com/) for check.

• And I encouraged those whose voting CSI is less than 5 to vote on other's posts and directed those whose voting power is below 80.

• Those who are not verified in our community I invite them for verified in our community and give them level. Here is the link for the verification.

Currently I have 10,508.89 steem power and out of that 7,690.55 SP is my effective steem which I use to support all users who post quality content regularly. Currently my voting CSI is 16.3 ( 0.00 % self, 147 upvotes, 84 accounts, last 7d ) I make proper use of my voting power and I never let my voting power fall below 80%.And on the other hand I as a user always try to help other users. I help my steemit friends on Discord about various things that I know.

This week I organized a beautiful contest which topic is [Draw a corn.] and now 17th week is running. This contest is related to art and the last date of this contest is 11:59 pm of August 03 (GMT+6). And the prize of this contest is booming support & 6 steem. On the other hand, last week I organized a contest whose main topic was [ Who is the "home doctor" in your house?]. A total of 10 people participated in this contest. And this week I announced the winner's name of the contest and awarded the contest prizes to the winners.

Besides, I always keep myself active by posting regularly, increasing engagement with others user and encouraging users to vote on their IDs. This week I made total 11 post and I always participate in every seasons engagement challenge and also different community contest. Theses are my current engagement challenge post and it was the first week of season 11 engagement challenge.
