Greetings friends.
This is Shaikh Enamul Islam.
From #Bangladesh.

Assalamualaikum dear friends. Hope all of you are very well & healthy today by God's grace .Alhamdulillah, I am fine and healthy. I'm so excited because season 11 has been started and today I'm going to participate in the Steem Kids & Parents Community contest. This is the first week and they chose a beautiful topic and that is . This is very interesting topic and today I am here with my article, hope you all will like and enjoy. So friends without delay let's start today’s topic.

mine.PNGHave you ever been embarrassed? tell us the scenario and how you felt.mine.PNG

It is not unusual to be embarrassed in life because we know that people make mistakes at any time. Based on this topic today, I will share a college life event that is still memorable to me, though it may seem like an easy task to many, but in my case it is different. These days I was so embarrassed to do what I did.

I was admitted to Engineering College after my SSC exam. Then I finished the first semester, and then the big brothers of the Institute arranged a fresher reception program . And our class teacher encourages us to participate in various events at that program. But from my childhood, a problem was with me, and that was my impossible shame for which I swallowed to speak. When sir insisted on participating in me, I agreed to curb. And I agreed to give a speech on the subject of the newcomers reception.

I usually memorize my speech for two to three days and practice myself. I usually memorize my speech for two to three days and practice myself. On the day of the program, my new friends and I came to college earlier and we kept practicing ourselves. Our program starts at 10am and first our respectable teachers give their lectures. Then one by one started the lecture and at one point I went to lecture. Everything was fine but suddenly our sir said, "Suppose you are an alumni, so now talk somthing about fresher students."

The problem is that many students have given speeches on the topic of freshness and so the teacher suddenly changes it. However I was very shy and after hearing this I was a little surprised and I told my prepared speech because I had no experience of lecturing and this was my first speech. However, after the program was over, I met Sir and I told Sir about my problem and Sir encouraged me and provided some very important tips on how to manage smartly in this type situation.

mine.PNGDo you think you deserve the embarrassment or it should have been someone else?mine.PNG

Basically neither I nor Sir is responsible for this incident because we students were giving speeches on the same topic that seemed boring to hear at a time and so Sir would change it and it happened to me. It could have been with someone else without me, but I was happy later that it would happen to me. While it sounds ridiculous to hear, yes, this phenomenon makes me more active and helps to eliminate the shame of giving speeches among many people. When people make mistakes and he receives education from there, he becomes more knowledgeable and proficient in that matter and I also learn from there and try to introduce myself in a new way.Of course this was an embarrassing moment for me, but I remember that as an educational chapter in my life.
mine.PNGWhat have you done to avoid such a scenario from reoccurring?mine.PNG

You can never be sure that something you plan will always happen that way. Even though I was well prepared to give a speech, I ran into problems for other reasons that made the incident seem like an embarrassment to me. Of course this was a very important point because it is very important to have the mental strength and confidence to speak in front of many people. I may have been a bit behind in this at that time.

Also I think it is necessary to have a smartness to handle any situation. A man becomes smart only when he can handle the situation with his knowledge, smiling face, nice and well-spoken words. And so I am trying to master these things slowly so as not to face such incidents. It is neither an easy task nor very difficult. But must acquire knowledge, practice and apply it properly only then it will help to handle the situation and avoid embarrassing situations.

I really like this contest and I am happy to participate. Thanks to my beloved friends for reading my article.I hope you all read and enjoyed my article.. Before I finish my article I would like to invite my friends @solaymann @waterjoe , @pelon53, @msharif & @goodybest for this nice contest .*

There are always some people who can spontaneously talk about anything, without any preparation, even in my school we were fascinated with such pupils, who due to such skills got best notes even without learning before.

Nevertheless, I think for your in that situation it was really stressful but you did well to carry on with what you prepared. I believe the students never noticed anything, they are usually happy to be there and very excited about the new life as a student.

I think your mentor though noticed that but as the whole situation went well he might be also was happy with that. I am sure that now since some years passed you are more experienced in spontaneous talks and will be doing fine if you need to do it again.

 last year

You have grasped the exact topic and the words you have shared are correct. Every student has different skills and abilities. It was a big challenge for me to give speeches and it was a bit scary for me if the speeches were changed suddenly. I said what I had prepared for because I had fully prepared for it. Although everyone clapped but I also felt quite hesitant. However, I think an incident is a new lesson, and I am now more prepared than ever in this matter. Thank you so much dear brother for your valuable comment. 🙂❣️
