Before Starting My Achievement 5 task 3 let me mention and thanks to all our STEEMIT seniors and to them who are making new tools for betterment of all users special thanks to all of them
Here is my another achievement5 task3 post,after reading a post by @yohan2on that was much excitement experience for me.Steemyy.com was developed by @justyy. with the help of this tool user can keep tabs on account information and can be used to vote for witnesses with very easily.

Some Features of Steemy.com

First of all just open new tab and type steemyy.com, there you will see something written as Steem Blockchain Tools & APIs by @justyy.
Here you will see many Features,let's starts from the very first step.
I am listing this tool's features.

Blockchain Overview

It is the starting and first page you will see on this steemyy.com.it showed and explained us about various actions that can be done here and it provided us with the general properties of STEEMIT blockchain,these include RPC Node,Chain Properties,Ticker ,Versions and Hardfork,Dynamic Global Properties, config etc.

Block Explorer

it is based on Steem-js and the function of this block explorer is to highlight the current headblocks, indicating their numbers and displaying the transactions related to these headblocks.

Tools

In this section you will see many tools, by using you can perform your task what ever you want to do, tools are like ,steem essentials, Witnesse tools, upvotes, you can auto claim rewards,and upvotes flags.

Here you will also see Steem essentials where you will see a account info (steem power,your account Reputation, witness votes etc)

What is effective steem power???

it is a measurement of how much influence a user has in the Steem network.it means that the more Steem Power a user holds, the more they can influence the value of posts and comments.in easy wordings that if you hold more steempower then you will earn more votes and your post will be visible to more users.

How do you delegate SP using "Steem SP Delegation Tool"?

Just click on sp steem Delegations tool as shown in pic below.

Then there you will see new window there you will put your I'd name known as delegator and to whom you are sending delegate I'd name
then select sp or hp and then delegate through steemit login or delegate steemconnect.

How do you check the Transfer History between any two Steem accounts using "Steem Wallet Tool - Steem Account Transfer Viewer"?

Steem Account Transfer Viewer :
you can easily just by clicking on steemit wallet tool as shown in pic

then there new window will open there then you will fill out requirements for this action then click on query and simply you are done, as in pic shown below

How do you automate claiming STEEM or SBD without having to click claim button each time, using "Steem Auto Claim Rewards"?

Easily just click on steem auto claim reward shown in pic below

then after this fill out requirements for I'd that you want to claim auto and you are done as shown in pic.

How do you check the outgoing votes report for any specified period using "Steem Outgoing Votes Report"? (This is really an important and a beautiful feature of Steemyy)

To check outgoing votes just click on tool of outgoing post there you will see window like this as shown in pic

then there will new window will open and you will ask to fillfull requirements as shown in pic below and you are done.

How do you check the incoming votes report for any specified period using "Steem Incoming Votes Report"?

For this click on incoming vote report you will see new window just fill out all requirements and you are done as in pic shown below.

How do you check who has delegated SP to your Steem account or any Steem account using "Steem Power Delegator Checker"?

just click on these two tools as shown in pic below and whatever you want to check that who delegated you sp you can check from here as in pic shown below.

Also under this section, witnesses have been ranked in descending order of votes,here you will see that who is currently at the top in short you can check all activities of account,as shown below in screenshots

Here you will see Api and Bots , more over let me tell you that these all tools are so easy to use for users.
I have learned alot from these tools.
