Introduction
Esteemed community members, greetings to you all and welcome to a new week. Steemalive is a community without borders irrespective of your various locations.We are happy to know that you are still with us.It is a thing of joy to let you know that we are presenting our community update #24 today.We are a dynamic community because we constantly make changes to take the community forward and to work in synergy with Steemit best practices.We are always happy to associate with you. You will notice that our projects and innovations are for the betterment of our members and also in line with steemit rules/requirements and trends.Here is our projects. 👇
1. Our 2022 Roadmap
Every community wants to get better atleast each day, its normal to aspire to do things better. So we have made a roadmap post, outlining some of the things we hope to accomplish in 2022 and how we will go about working on them. For example, we have set an ambitious target to accumulate 250k SP by year end. This we will seek to accomplish by utilizing various SP accumulation ideas. 2. Delegation to SteemAlive - 15,279SP
Just like we mentioned earlier,we love growth so much and so we are always looking for ways to grow our community steempower. Growing our SteemPower will help us to support our members' post.As a community we cherish growth and also knows its importance.That is why we make good effort to aspire and explore every opportunity that can lead to the growth of the communitty.We explore every positive method to achieve growth. One of our strategies for growth this year is our delegation project. For the very first time, we are asking our community members to delegate some of their SP to us. Ofcourse, they would be supported using the community trail. We made an invitation some days ago to our members to Delegate to us. We are thrilled to see as much as 43 person who have delegated to the community and so have given us a combined Delegation of 15,279:Sp. IF you have not delegated to us, what are you waiting for. 3. Growing our curation trail
Our Curation trail is always second to none.It has remained on top of the list of popular curation trails.We are so happy to to retain such position.This implies that we have the most popular curation trail on the Steemit platform with 902 followers.Our curation trail now has 902 as against 896 followers recorded last time. Currently, our trail voting value is between $3 and $5. We are seriously working to increase the number of accounts following our trail. In fact accoding to our Roadmap for 2022, we have set another ambitious goal of increasing our trail followers to 2000 by the end of 2022. We hope to see that work out.
4. Total SP 55,315
Goodnews!!! Our esteemed members,we are so happy to let you know that our community effective SP is now +55k SP. This increase is as a result of constant power up and the recent delegation which we demanded from our members.As much as 43 persons responded and there are still expecting more delegation from other members and non-members too.This delegation is helping to boost the community Steempower so that it can vote with a higher value.We use this opportunity to thank all 43 persons that have supported this move and also for other who are yet to delegate to do so. We are growing together for the better.
5. Upcoming Projects

We are pleased to announce yet another project called BabySteps. The aim of this project is to fine-tune new users experience in their first 7 days on Steemit and make them want to stay. Our ultimate aim here is to boost our user retention rate. SteemALive is a community that does promotion 100%.

SteemAlive Community takes engagement serious, which is why we are delighted to announce this new project. 5Times7 is a way to say thank you to our members that are really doing well in the area of engagement. 5Times7 is a weekly project that will reward our members that engage with all top 5 posts for the week - and more. This project will replace our SteemALive Engagement League.
Introducing 5Times7 - getting rewarded through quality engagement each day!
We welcome you to the 3rd week of the Club75/Club100 Tracker. The essence of this tracker is to help us measure your power up progress and support you accordingingly. Also, this project will be used to help many of our community members that are in club5050 to progress and join club75 or even club100. This is the second week of this project.

6. Leaders Report
In Steemalive community we have dutiful leaders across the various states and cities who help to recruit newbies,mentor and guide old members.The leaders are also involved in checking plagiarism, steemexclusive post,users club status and to fish out members they are using bid bot* services.We will always continue to appreciate their hardwork and productive effort.Our leaders are doing a great work to ensure that Steemit is popular in their various cities and states.They also make sure that recruitment, training and engagement always take place.They make report of their activities weekly.These are the available links.
