When I think about my journey so far on the Steemit Platform I thank God for making me take that bold step in getting registered. I got into Steemit in August 2021 by @justiceanietie but became fully active and learned fully during the first week of October by the encouragement gotten from @peterabagi and ever since then I’ve always made spectacular contents on Steemit. I even came second position on the Steemalive weekly contest result which came with lots of benefits. I also became an active member of the STEEMALIVE PROMOTIONAL CLUB VOLUNTEERS (SPCV) and I have always put in my 100% in the road show, registering newbies and also mentoring them up till this very moment.
I currently have a WhatsApp group chat where I mentor all those I have registered on the platform and 80% of them are following up impressively and doing quite well.
REASON FOR APPLYING FOR THE TEAM COORDINATOR
A good number of reason prompted me in wanting to be a Team Coordinator in Abia state and I will be making a list of them below:
- I am currently mentoring 10 people using my WhatsApp group chat which I titled “Steemit wit kingreechy” and I have 6 recruits who are actively participating on the Steemit Platform.
- I am an active member of the SPCV group and I also get a good number of people registered in every of our Steemit roadshow and promotional activities which I published here- Day13 & Day14
- I’ve been residing in the city of Aba since February 2021 and I don’t have any plans of leaving this resident any time soon.
- I have currently recruited 4 NYSC Corp members residing in Aba who are active and learning up rapidly.
- I am true believer of the Recruitment, Retainment and Reward standpoint that the steemalive community stand for.
- I put in dedication, accuracy, passion and knowledge in everything I put my mind to do and I always achieve the best result because I always tend to standout.
WHY I AM QUALIFIED TO BE A TEAM COORDINATOR
Being a an excellent mentor on divers areas of life which are, but not limited to education, business, carrier and Christianity, I happen to be a very humble and expressive person which allows me to be able to get the attention of my audience and being a leader while taking responsibilities in various aspects of life has really transformed me from the kind of man I was to a kind of man I have always wanted to be. A lot of factors which I will not be able to mention makes me the perfect person for the role of Team Coordinator on the Steemit platform.
Having studied and understood the major pros and cons that has to do with the Steemit platform and constantly recruiting of newbies through the SPCV Roadshow and during my leisure I have been a dedicated Mentor to all my recruits and have even thought a lot of things to some steemians who happen to have been in the platform months before my arrival.
MY RECRUITMENTS & MENTORSHIP
Recruiting newbies has always been a great factor for me but it also comes with its challenges sometimes, my leisure time have been a significant time for introducing one to Steemit and ensuring their registration and constant participation. I have also recruited people through the SPVC platform when we go out for our Roadshow. Below is a list of my active recruits and the result of their activeness on the Steemit platform.

CARRYING OUT PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITIES
Promotional activities is one of my favorite aspect in the Steemit platform because I like going out there to meet new people, interact with them and then get to introduce them to this amazing platform. I will also be able to coordinate my Team as many of those I registered are residing in Aba and some are either corpers, workers or ex-Corp members. In fact they are getting ready and waiting for the point where I call them out to go with me on a Roadshow/Promotion.
IN CONCLUSION
I believe that I have given sufficient reasons enough to be desired as a Team coordinator in Abia State which will enable me to assist our Amiable State Representative in the person of @samuel20 . I am ever willing to learn and take correction as I continually grow in more knowledge of the Steemit platform and also contribute on its growth as well.
