Introduction
Accountability is important in everything we are doing in life, as a business Man or woman if you don't keep an account of your business, you may loose much before you realize it, that is why big businesses do an account every week to monitor the progress and lapses in their business while small businesses do their own monthly likewise here on steemit we need to keep an account of what we are doing to mornitor our progress so let take an account of what we did in team goal-getters last week.

What we plan to do this week
As a team our goal this week is to reach as many as we can this week and help the newbies to Invest in steem and join club5050, we will also assist them in making quality post. As a team we will participate in community contest, Promotion, all4one, Smartkontract and any project that will help the community to grow.
Our physical training last week
Our weekly training is a way to help the team to grow and last week recorded success, we were 6 in attendance and we all enjoyed the gathering, after our training we discussed on branding, @yimzyemazor suggested that our next t-shirt will be white, she explained why we need white during Promotion that it will attract many people to us and investors will also listen to us. We all agreed to have another color of t-shirt so we are making arrangements for that immediately.
Looking good is a big business
As Steemiains our branding matters a lot so we as a team will continue to look good as long as Promotion, steem growth is as important as SBD.
during the training
We Invite all Steemiains to join us for an overflow Promotion this week from tomorrow 12/4/2022 to16/04/2022.
With Promotion more users are invited to steemit, with Promotion more investors are brought in to invest on steem so we are out for promotion and ready to take steemit to everyone as much as we can, check out some of our Promotion pictures last week.

Conclusion
I will continue to do my best in training newbies and inviting new user to steemit through Promotion, thank you @steemitblog, @steemalive.
