Greetings friends and colleagues from Steemit ..!
The 2nd week of the 6th session of Steemit Engagement has already begun and I am already preparing to participate in some of the contests that I have seen, all the topics selected for the challenges are great, and we have noticed that most of the users are focused and very focused on making their best participations.
This is the summary of my curatorial tasks for the period from November 28 to December 04, 2022 I made a total around of 297 votes in total done with the assigned curation accounts: @ steemcurator09 in Newcommer Community Program, the Steem Venezuela community account (@hive-193637), the curation account @sv-beca (Steem Venezuela's second curation account) and my personal account @tocho2.
1) Newcomer's Community and Team Newcomer’s
This week I started a new task in a great team called Team Newcomer and I just did the first round of healing on December 1st and then another round of healing on December 4th, this support strategy for the newcomers is undergoing tests and it seems to me that so far it has given the best results.
During my curation routine I focused on selecting verified achievement posts within the curation window and posts from new users within 3 months as indicated by Steemitblog.
This week I have done 7 verifications, 8 correction in the Newcommer's Community post and 5 welcomes to new users. With the Steemcurator09 account I did 39 votes.

3) Venezuela Country Representative
This is an updated summary of the activities that I am currently carrying out as Country Representative, these activities are constant and continuous:
* The activities of visits to the participation of the users in the different communities that currently participate in the 6th session of the Steemit Engagement continues.
Also as a novelty this week start the curation shift now at Team Newcomer, where new users are being supported in Steemit. Even though I've been a bit sick, I've continued with the usual routine as much as possible: visiting some active posts on Steem Venezuela: sv-sport, sv-photo challenge, Top 5 posts (writing, cooking, poetry, art, fintech, entertainment and recreation), including thematic publications and The Diary Game. We maintain the same verification scheme: club status, plagiarism, use of bots, etc. This activity remains the same because it is part of the day to day in the Steem Venezuela community. Visit, comment and vote on the posts of other communities. Provide the best guidance to users who want to improve their posts and who want to improve their performance on Steemit.
Using my personal account @tocho2 I made 209 (during November 21 to 27, 2022) votes in support of users on different communities on Steemit.

Weekly I verify the status of users who are delegating SP to the official community of Steem Venezuela, and update their label according to the verified status.
Together with my fellow CRs and moderators, I participate in the review and selection of the publications that compete every day for the boom prizes that we currently have assigned.

Mi apreciada amiga. Buenas noches. A causa de que nunca he retirado nada de mi cochinito resulta que soy club100 y no club5050 como lo venía reportando desde hace unos 3 meses. Bueno, entonces necesito que por favor me expliques cómo hago para retirar o al menos me des un link que me lleve a algún tutorial.
En realidad que por lo pronto solo he querido crecer, pero ya es hora de aprender a retirar los "millones".
Saludos amigo @enrisanti, revisa si retirando tu 50% o un poquito menos de lo disponible sigues quedando en el club5050 si es tu preferencia.
Por ejemplo, reciente hiciste un Power Up de 72 SP, retira la mitad.

Para retirar ud debe tener una "casa de cambio" o "wallet" a donde enviar su retiro para comenzar, luego en el mimso lugar donde se encuentra el power up, ud busca "transferir" y enviará sus Steem a la dirección de retiro (wallet o casa de cambio".
