This author shows some wisdom in her choice of food for the day as she was having some stomach upset, instead of avoiding food the whole day, she was careful in her choice of food so as not to increase her stomach upset. This is so informative to other users who may face the same issue so that they should also be alert instead of harming oneself in food poisoning.
