Curation Report by Team Newcomer- Week #1 For January 2023

It is our first report this January, 2023. We are sincerely grateful to the steemit team for selecting us to curate newcomers publications this month.

Following the guidelines we published 9 days ago, we were able to take our turns to guide newbies that are still within 3 months of age

Because we are dealing with newcomers, we tried to be flexible. We understand what it takes to guide newcomers and as such, we tried to support those who are not in the club due to heir peculiar nature. We also supported those whose voting CSI is not upto 5% considering that their steempowers are yet to be built. But we also tried to consider the age of the newcomers and if they are due for such activities and yet are not involved in them, we advice them to do so.

Most of us who are already greeters and mods in newcommers community try to review and verify the achievement posts as we curate to ensure that we only curate the Publications of those users whose introduction posts are verified, thereby welcoming them to steemit before they start being supported. This we have been doing alongside the other greeters in the community.

Hence, we hereby encourage all newbies to please try their best to be active by taking part in the ongoing engagement challenge for week 01 and beyond including other contests and communities activities, this way, they will remain active.

We also advise that they try and complete their achievement tasks that will enable them to learn how to blog faster.

We will like them to create as many publications as possible so that we can have many publications to support. Remember that we only support newbies that are just within their first 3 months in steemit.

Her writing skills are very good. She is able to describe what he understands in his writing in simple language and is easily understood by anyone.

I really liked the writing style of this user, the way in which he has explained the effect of Mendel among all of us along with his diary, it is really praiseworthy.
