Team #1 : Curation Report Week #01 - November -
Greetings to all, we hope this week will be very productive and full of blessings for all.
This week the team #01 started its curatorship on the right foot and in time to take the month of November as it should be, each of the participants of this team worked for this report that we share with you today.
We take advantage of this small space to propose softening the rule of 300 words per publication, a rule exposed in our team 1 guidelines post, this in order not to leave out artistic content publications that express more in images than in words, this too It will allow you to obtain a greater range of scope to reward more quality publications.
In addition to encouraging users to be more active in voting and supporting other steemians, we believe that there is still a lot of misinformation about the importance of CSI.
We remain focused on finding good posts to reward.

Post Link : Steemit Engagement Challenge S5/W4 - Special Food For Dinner Parties
Nominated by : @ubongudofot
This User took time to explain how his local food is made. He further mentioned the health benefits and the ingredients. This caught my attention because users can as well learn from there. It's educational, it has values. If users could spent some time sharing valuable content like this in the blog, even people who are not steemians can benefit from it. It could be used as a reference for research when considering recipe.I feel this publication should be spotlighted.

This is a diary written in a very different and special way, it is a diary full of memories, emotions, experiences and even poetry. This writing also lets us know routines and cultures brought to Steemit by this nice writer, ps: he is making an effort to learn a little Spanish :)

Nominated by : @suboohi
This is my best pick. In this post, the author describes her shopping day in a very simple and attractive way. Her shopping day started from university routine to shopping at the market. All pictures captured by the author are fabulous, especially those of flowers.

What a playful post! One cannot help but to get a smile on your face. The author shares how he will have to put his thinking cap on the day that there is no internet. To keep 5 children busy he might just need to caps. Congratulations on a great post!
We are happy to show the work we have done this week, team #01 says goodbye.

Thank you for a very good report and selection of posts.
As the Steem curation community matures and gains experience we are looking to continually relax our guidelines.
Some guidelines such as the 300 words minimum is not a guideline we actively enforce. We very much leave that to the judgement of individual curators and curator teams.
One great photograph may be as good as 100 well written words or better than 300 badly written words.
Or it may not...
What we do ask is that all members of each Community Curation Team collectively agree on the choice of the seven selected posts of the week.
I am glad to read this, there is a lot of good content on this platform waiting to be found, every week we are discovering interesting things and authors that are not yet fully visible.
our 7 selected are reviewed in detail highlighting the reasons that led him to occupy that precious place.
Another week is rolling and we with it.
Well said team leader! You are doing a great job.
Thank you very much for answering our team's doubts.
@stef1 maybe you'll find more artistic content this second week.
@nahela @patjewell @ubongudofot @suboohi @shohana1 @stef1 we're going to have some fun curation in the remaining 3 weeks.
that's right dear friend :)
Bring it on (•ิ‿•ิ)
A very useful input for the good performance of the curation team. I will pass this news on to our teammates.
Hi @afrizalbinalka, @astilem, @josevas217, @jyoti-thelight, @ripon0630 and @simonnwigwe. Will you guys miss this input. This is a science that motivates our team to work in supporting more posts that do not eliminate the criteria and quality of posts.
Thank you @steemcurator01 for this input.
Thanks for bringing this to our notice.
I am very happy to see your comments, of course this is related to some posts that I found while being a curation team that I missed when the word count did not reach 300. However, with this guide there will be many posts that are less than 300 words but have high quality and quantity. given curation.
Thank you
I do agree with this point and besides photography we must also appreciate quality contents. Thank you for sharing this guideline.
Thank you for such great report, I like the graphs they are very demonstrative. Only it is a shame that majority of votes received by three countries and also that the majority of Votes from the tags taken #Diarygame. It would be interesting to know how about other communities if there is the same tendency?
It's good that you liked the graphs, so you can see the trends better.
We must remember that there are countries and communities that are more participatory than others, as well as content that is more trending than others, it is good that you share your ideals with the team on the discord channel, so we could know in detail what you want to achieve individually and as a team.
In this community you can take a look at the reports of the other teams.
Saludos
Short and sweet! First week done & dusted!
Thank you for a great and neat report.
What I found interesting is that nearly 50% of the authors who received votes follow Club100.
Best wishes for the next week team!
Thank you for choosing my post.. so surprise to know this.. also congrats for the other winner as best publication on this week.
Excelente reporte querida @nahela, veo que todos han realizado un gran trabajo. Felicidades a los seleccionados!! :)
